- When do I pay the 50¢ fee?
- Only when a donation is completed, including each monthly payment. Declined attempts and offline gifts you record yourself are free. On the 1st of each month we invoice you for the previous month's gifts.
- Are payment processing fees included?
- No. Your processor charges its own fees on each payment, at the rates you already have with it. Donoroo doesn't change them. You can let donors cover the fees.
- Does Donoroo ever take a percentage?
- No. Gifts go straight to your own processor account. The 50¢ is billed to your organization separately.
- Are there usage limits?
- No limits on pages, team members, donations or webhooks.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Export your donations and donors to CSV first. Your processor account and its history stay yours.
