Terms of Service
Last updated October 5, 2026
These terms cover your use of Donoroo, the donation page service at donoroo.org and its subdomains. Donoroo is operated by Fast Track Digital ("we", "us"). By creating an account, publishing a page, or giving through one, you agree to these terms.
1. Who these terms apply to
- Organizations: the nonprofits, schools, synagogues and other groups that use Donoroo to collect donations, and the people on their teams.
- Donors: people who give through a Donoroo page, embed or button.
2. What Donoroo does
Donoroo provides campaign pages, giving forms, receipts, a dashboard and related tools. Payments are processed by the organization's own payment processor or donor-advised fund (for example Stripe, Sola, Banquest, Accept Blue, USAePay, Authorize.net, OJC, The Donors' Fund, Matbia, Pledger or DAFpay). Donoroo is not a payment processor, bank, money transmitter or charity, and never receives or holds donated funds.
3. Organizations
- You must be authorized to act for your organization, and the information you give us must be accurate.
- You are responsible for your processor accounts and for following their terms. Disputes, chargebacks, refunds and processor fees are between you, your processor and your donors.
- You are responsible for your pages and receipts, including any statement about tax deductibility, your legal name and your EIN.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your fundraising, including charitable solicitation registration where required.
- Keep your team's sign-in access secure and remove people who should no longer have it.
- You may not use Donoroo for fraud, for anything illegal, to collect funds for anything other than what your page describes, or to test stolen payment cards.
4. Fees
Donoroo charges $0.50 per completed donation, billed to the organization. A completed donation is a gift made online through a Donoroo page, embed or button that your processor or fund approved. Each payment of a monthly gift counts. Failed or declined attempts and offline gifts you record yourself are free. There is no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing fees are charged separately by your processor.
On the 1st of each month we invoice the previous month's donations and charge the card you saved in Donoroo. If the charge fails, we try again twice over the next week and email you a link to update the card. We may change our fees with at least 30 days' notice by email.
5. Donors
- Your gift goes to the organization named on the page, through its processor. Questions about your gift, refunds or receipts go to that organization.
- Whether your gift is tax deductible depends on the organization and your own situation. Donoroo does not give tax advice.
- You agree not to use a payment method you aren't authorized to use.
6. Your content and data
Organizations keep ownership of their page content and their donor records. You give us permission to host, display and process that content and data to run the service. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Suspension and ending
You can stop using Donoroo at any time. Export your data first. We may suspend or close a page or account that breaks these terms, puts donors at risk, or is the target of fraud, and we will tell you why when we can.
8. Availability
We work to keep Donoroo available and secure, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it depends on third parties such as payment processors and hosting providers.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Fast Track Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost donations, profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid Donoroo in the three months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will email organization owners before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.
